Our infrastructure managers meet with you periodically to review your environment’s performance and availability; they’ll also make improvement recommendations if and as appropriate. This combination of experience, responsiveness and ongoing review and planning will ensure your IT infrastructure remains both highly available and resilient.

Guardian Manage delivers 24X7 monitoring along with proactive, on-site and remote technical support. Deerwood Technologies’ technical resources provide complete, managed support for your systems, network, applications and security environments. Support agreements can include all labor, travel and materials for a fixed, annual fee.

Guardian Manage provides all of the monitoring, alert, reporting, analysis, reviews and recommendations of both Guardian Monitor and Guardian Maintain.
